Membership Categories
The ACPG offers two categories of membership to accommodate various stakeholders in the cashew value chain.
Ordinary Membership
This category is open to:
- Primary Processors
- Secondary Processors
- Kernel Exporters
Affiliate Membership
This category includes:
- Research Institutions
- Financial Institutions
- Technical Assistance and
- Service Providers
- NGOs involved in Cashew related activities
- Other interested organizations
Fee Structure (Registration & Annual Dues)
Our fee structure is transparent and designed to support the operations of the association. Registration fees are a one-time payment upon joining , while dues are paid annually to maintain membership in good standing. The fee schedule was updated via a resolution at the 6th Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2025.

Please Note: Additional levies may be introduced by the General Council with due notification to members.
How to Join ACPG
Joining the association involves a simple and clear process. All persons, groups, and organisations interested in joining must satisfy the following requirements and conditions.
Submit Your Application

Complete and submit the official ACPG application form. You can do this through our online registration page.
Vetting & Approval

Your application will be carefully reviewed and vetted by the Association before final admission and approval by the General Council.
Finalize with Payment
03
Once approved, you are required to pay the prescribed registration and subscription fees to finalize your membership and unlock all benefits.
Membership Conditions
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Must have a registered Address and Processing Facility (or Office for kernel exporters).
- Must have a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Exporters must have a valid Export Promotion Council permit.
